How do I send products to your studio?
Post your products to our York studio using any tracked courier service such as Royal Mail, DPD or DHL. We confirm receipt the same day and schedule your shoot within 24 hours of arrival.
What areas of the UK do you cover?
We work with brands from across the entire UK, including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Bristol, Leeds and beyond. There is no geographic restriction as everything is handled by post.
How long does product photography take?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 working days from the date we receive your products. Rush options are available on request if you need images sooner.
Do you return products after the shoot?
Yes. All products are carefully repacked and returned to you via tracked shipping once photography is complete. We handle your items with care throughout the process.
