Our York studio is a two-hour LNER hop from King's Cross, which means founders can come up for a half-day shoot, see the set, approve hero images on the screen and be back in London by dinner. For higher-volume catalogues we also handle door-to-door logistics so you never have to leave the office.

Sending products from London
Most London brands send product to us via overnight DPD or CitySprint same-day from any zone 1 to 3 address. We confirm receipt the morning after collection and your products are on the shoot bench within an hour. For higher-value items (jewellery, watches, electronics) we book signed-for next-day with full insurance and can route returns through an insured specialist courier on request.
Once images are signed off your products are repacked and returned via tracked shipping. The whole loop, send to delivery, is usually 5 to 7 working days.

Do you collect products from London?
Yes. We arrange overnight courier collection from any central London address (zones 1 to 3) for catalogues of 20+ SKUs, or you can use a same-day rider service direct to our York studio for smaller, urgent shoots.
Can I attend the shoot if I'm based in London?
Absolutely. Our studio is a two-hour direct train from King's Cross to York, then a 15-minute taxi to Upper Poppleton. Most attended shoots from London are easy day-trips, and you can review and sign off images on a calibrated monitor while we shoot.
What types of London brands do you typically photograph for?

How do you handle returns of valuable products to London?
