For York clients we offer same-day drop-off, walk-in product sign-off, and the option to bring product samples to the studio for a packaging check before any shoot is booked. Sending products from York
York clients get the simplest version of our process: drop product at the studio in person between 9am and 5pm, or we'll send a member of the team across the city to collect for free on bookings over £400. Returns are usually a same-day hand delivery for anyone inside the ring road, or next-working-day DPD if you'd rather we ship.
Once images are signed off your products are repacked and returned via tracked shipping. The whole loop, send to delivery, is usually 5 to 7 working days.

Unit E1, Northminster Business Park, Upper Poppleton, York YO26 6QU. We're a 10-minute drive from York Railway Station and have free on-site parking.
Can I drop products off in person?
Yes. Walk-in drop-offs are welcome between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please drop us a quick line ahead so the right person is on hand to receive valuable items.
Do you support York-based startups and independents?
We do. There's no minimum order so a single hero shot for a Shambles independent or a one-off for a York Foodie Friday launch is perfectly normal for us.
